Q1: What is it exactly that you offer your clients?
I offer a variety of services incuding Life Readings, Core Energetics therapy and Swedish and Remedial Massage therapy.

Q2: What is involved in a reading?
In a reading I offer a combination of Astrology, Numerology and Tarot. In the reading we look your Astrology and Numerology charts to see what your strenghts and talents are. We look at potential energy blocks or issues and how to deal with it. The Tarot offers insightful information how you perceive your situation from your subconscious. Once we know what your subconscious believes we can address it and shift the belief if necessary.

Q3: What is Core Energetics Therapy?
Core Energetics addresses the body-mind as one. Our thoughts and feelings are located in the body. All issues we deal with in the here and now have their roots in the past. Core Energitcs therapy is a fantastic model for releasing old hurts, trauma, aches. depression, anger and fear. We create a safe space for you to be totally yourself and support you in your journey to heal your connection with your Soul.
 
Q4: How long do I need to go to therapy for?
This is an individual choice and depends on the issue you want to work with. It is best to come for an initial session and find out for yourself if this may be for you. There are no obligations and you are free to end your therapy at any time

Q5: What is the difference between a reading and a therapy session?
In a life reading we give you an overview of who you are and your journey in life and we answer any questions that you may have.
In a therapy session you are actively engaged exploring and releasing energetic blocks. Often clients come first for a reading to check out who I am and then decide if they want to do more therapeutic work if they feel they may benefit from it.
 
Q6: What are your qualifications?
I am a qualified Core Energetics Therapist and completed 4 years of training graduating in November 2006.

I received my first Tarot deck in 1979 and have been working with Tarot ever since. My learing has been a combination of sharing and receiving Invaluable knowledge from a variety of great Tarot readers and fantastic books which I are listed on the 'great websites & books' page.
